What is Knack?
Knack is an online web application framework which enables businesses to build their own custom applications. While the platform’s out of the box functionality is strong and can be harnessed with minimal relational database knowledge, it is not unusual for businesses to want to expand beyond the boundaries of what their system can do. This is where we can help.
We have serviced a lot of Knack databases, and many user requests are very similar if not identical. To help make things more efficient, here is our list of services and upgrades with all fees included. This is a small sampling of everything we have done to date, and can patch into your system within a matter of hours, to make your business’ day-to-day that much more efficacious.

The Fine Print
While it’s not our intention to rain on the parade, some limitations do apply.
- The rates described above are limited to the details associated with each script. Please review them carefully.
- We can modify the scope of the modification, but we must be told in advance so we can properly estimate the work involved. Otherwise we will need to pause the upgrade and re-establish deliverables and quotes.
- We cannot provide free support for our modifications. We require you to provide sign off on the function upon completion, and after that you are responsible for the script. If your database administrator breaks the function by changing variables the script depends on, we cannot repair it free of charge. This includes instances where the platform itself is patched and the script becomes inoperable. These scenarios do not happen often, but it is unfortunately a possibility and service cannot provide indefinitely. We are happy to repair or patch the code, but fees may apply.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your database and subscription has the capacity to support the script’s functionality (ex. daily API call limits). If you are not sure what you have, ask us! It’s no problem.
